Purpose

When producing toilet paper from waste paper, in other words, from tissue paper, the finished (reeled) logs must be wrapped in a label. Of course, such an operation can be done manually, however, it is impossible to achieve an even and high-quality pasting. In order for the pasting to be of high quality and in order to increase production productivity, this pasting machine OS-15 is precisely intended. It allows you to uniformly turn 4-5 logs per minute, minimizing manual labor.

Briefly, the work process looks like this. There are already prepared sheets of labels on the machine table. An employee applies glue to them with a brush, places the wound log between the shafts in a rubberized sleeve and presses the pedal, which activates the pneumatics of the machine. The log will heal in the sleeve between the shafts and begin to rotate. At this moment, the employee gives there a sheet of label, which evenly wraps around the log. After which, the already pasted log is pushed back and transferred to the cutting stage.
