Purpose
This machine is designed for packaging toilet paper and paper towels in polypropylene or plastic bags. In the basic modification, the machine can pack either 4 rolls of toilet paper or two paper towels of standard household sizes. However, at the request of the customer, the characteristics of the equipment can be changed and then it will be possible to pack 6, 8, 10 and 12 rolls of toilet paper. The machine allows you to make 13-15 cycles per minute when packaging in polypropylene, and up to 10 cycles in mixed polyethylene.
The worker takes the already prepared packing slip, places on it (according to the requirements for the position of the label image), say, four rolls of toilet paper and wraps them. Then, it seals the joint and then passes it through the machine, which seals the sides and produces finished packaged products.
