Purpose
The automatic machine PNM is designed for rewinding non-woven material made of spunbon, spunlace, etc., as well as for rewinding wiping (napkin) paper with a density of up to 50 g/m2. Winding is carried out on cardboard cores*, which are fed automatically. To load a reel with material onto the machine, a pneumatic lifting unit is used, and the unwinding unit is equipped with conveyors. To adjust the linear speed, pulley variators are provided. And for an emergency stop of the machine when the material breaks, there is a special sensor. The rewinding speed is controlled by a frequency converter and can reach 200 m/min. Also, there is a wide range of winding density adjustments using a pressure shaft, driven by pneumatic cylinders. The wound log is cut using the “running knife” system.
