PM-2
This automatic machine is designed for winding single-ply toilet paper and paper towels with or without cardboard cores*. Like the PM-1 model, the PM-2 design uses pulley variators, which allow you to adjust the specified linear speed of all drives. The reel with the base is installed using a special pneumatic device, which comes as standard.
The machine is equipped with an unwinding unit, a perforation unit and an embossing unit with a three-shaft clamping system. The degree of embossing is adjusted by a mechanical device, which ensures high reliability and ease of operation. The cardboard core is fed automatically from the storage unit, and the winding density is adjusted using a shaft, the degree of pressure of which is controlled by pneumatic cylinders.
After winding the log and tearing off the paper, winding of the next log automatically begins. The serial model of the machine is available with a tear-off sensor. The main difference between the PM-2 machine and the PM-1 is the presence of three units: “Pneumatic loading of the reel with the base”, “Automatic feeding of the sleeve” and the “Running knife” unit.
